GUISEN-GROUP offers modular bungalow hire for accommodation and support services on your construction sites in Conakry and throughout Guinea.

Our bungalows are constructed from insulated sandwich panels (polyurethane or rock wool) with metal or timber cladding.

Standard dimensions: 6 x 2.4 m, 8 x 2.4 m, 10 x 3 m or 12 x 3 m with a ceiling height of 2.4 to 2.6 m.

Insulated corrugated steel roofing with guttering.

Raised flooring made from treated marine-grade plywood.

Secure metal entrance door, double-glazed aluminium windows with security grilles.

Full electrical installation (sockets, switches, lighting, distribution board).

Available in the following configurations: office, dormitory (4–8 beds), canteen, changing room, shower/toilet facilities, infirmary.

Air conditioning available as an option.

Used as site accommodation and mining camps in Guinea.
