GUISEN-GROUPE offers concrete batching plant hire for the production of large quantities of concrete in Conakry and throughout Guinea.

Our ELKON, SCHWING STETTER and MEKAPour concrete batching plants are available in both fixed and mobile versions.

Production capacity ranges from 30 to 120 m³/h depending on the model.

Aggregate hoppers with 2 to 4 compartments, twin-shaft (almond-shaped) or planetary mixers, cement dosing screw, electronic weighbridge, water injection system with volumetric meter.

Integrated cement silo with a capacity of 30 to 100 tonnes.

Automated control via a programmable logic controller (PLC) with monitoring.

400 V three-phase power supply.

Total weight from 15 to 50 tonnes depending on configuration.

Ideal for large-scale infrastructure projects, road construction, dams and mining projects in Guinea.

Delivery

Provide a generator of suitable capacity (150 to 400 kVA) for operation, unless a mains connection is available. Fuel costs are to be borne by the tenant.
