Our architectural practice carries out a comprehensive study of your projects: architectural plans (one to ten storeys), reinforced concrete or steel structural plans, services plans (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning), 3D models and photorealistic renderings, planning application documentation, bill of quantities and cost estimates, site supervision and coordination of trade works.

Our team of architects and engineers is fully versed in Guinean building regulations and is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD and SketchUp.

We design residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings that combine functionality, aesthetics and sustainability.
